The Selma Hollander recipe book is a 3-ring binder of dessert recipes written, taped, or laid into an art and literature notebook. Recipes represent popular mid-20th century American desserts such as cakes, bars, breads, and muffins. Art and literature notes appear to be written and typed class notes with occasional ink sketches analyzing artistic form, genre, and particular artists' distinguishing features.
